Data Subject Request

Summary

If your name or contact information appears in data sent to Verinode by a Restoration Operator, you can request that we remove your identity from any analytics those Operators run on their own data. This applies to vendors, subcontractors, employees, customers, adjusters, or anyone copied on correspondence Operators forward to us.

What this does

  • We mark your email or name in our records and stop including you in any new intelligence the Operator generates from their data.
  • Existing Operator-private records remain in our system for audit integrity (we do not modify history) but are masked when the Operator views their analytics.
  • We never share, sell, or aggregate your identity outside the Operator who collected the data. No third-party sale, no carrier sale, no vendor sale. See our Data Use Policy for the binding commitment.
  • If you also want full erasure (not just exclusion), please email privacy@verinode.com so we can verify your identity and process the request under GDPR Article 17 / CCPA §1798.105.
